PyRosetta is a version of Rosetta implemented with a Python interface and developed primarily by Jeffrey Gray's Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University.
PyRosetta is available for Mac (64-Bit OS X v10.5+) and Linux (64-Bit Red Hat and 64-Bit Ubuntu) platforms in continuous release versions. 64-Bit Windows-7 are also available.
