The EarlyEdU Alliance is a higher education collaboration committed to making bachelor’s degrees accessible, affordable, and relevant for the early childhood workforce.

The EarlyEdU Alliance developed in-person and online competency-based higher education courses and the Coaching Companion, a video sharing and coaching platform that enables students and instructors to engage in meaningful feedback dialogue via a virtual community of practice.

Join the EarlyEdU Alliance to become part of a diverse community of higher education, government, non-profit, and philanthropic stakeholders dedicated to strengthening the nation’s early education workforce.

Access to EarlyEdU resources start on the date of the last signature on the license and expire as of June 30, 2020.

Licensing Information

EarlyEdU is one of the many software programs and tools created at the University of Washington available through our Express Licensing Program. These agreements have standard terms and conditions that allow for rapid licensing by companies, organizations, or individuals.

EarlyEdU Individual Membership

This license is for an individual at a nonprofit or government agency interested in strengthening the early education workforce (“Individual Member”).


EarlyEdU Institution of Higher Education Membership

This license is for an Institution of Higher Education (“IHE”) Member of the Early Edu Alliance ("IHE Member”).


EarlyEdU Stakeholder Membership

This license is for an organization interested in strengthening the early education workforce, including sponsors, government agencies, non-profit and community organizations, (“Stakeholder Member”).


The conditions and financial terms of this license apply only to those who download the license, sign it and return it "as is" to UW CoMotion.
