DIDB® (including e-PKGene®)

The Metabolism and Transport Drug Interaction Database (DIDB®) and the Pharmacogenetic Database (e-PKGene®) were developed in the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmacy at the University of Washington. The purpose of this project is to provide an analysis tool for scientific researchers and clinicians that allows them to discover correlations among the huge amount of drug research findings available. Users can search the databases using a number of standard or customized queries and approach the data from many different perspectives. The databases are web-based, and are regularly updated by the DIDB® staff.

The DIDB® displays the information contained in each article in an original format. The database thus provides both general and specific information ranging from the type of clinical study design or in vitro incubation conditions to measured in vitro Km and Ki values.
