The Document Assessment and Review Tool (DART) consists of indicators of high quality Wraparound practice as expressed in the documentation created throughout the Wraparound process, as well as a scoring process to translate those indicators into a Fidelity Score. DART is an instrument of the Wraparound Fidelity Assessment System (WFAS), a multi-method approach to assessing the quality of individualized care coordination for youth with complex needs and their families. The WFAS was developed by the Wraparound Evaluation and Research Team (WERT) within the UW School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Public Behavioral Health and Justice Policy.
