Express License Program

Many software and tools created at the University of Washington are available through our Express Licensing Program. These agreements have standard terms and conditions that allow for rapid licensing by companies or individuals.

The conditions and financial terms of Express Licenses apply only to those who download the Express License for that title, sign it “as is” and return it to UW CoMotion. Other licensing arrangements may be available.

AIMS Caseload Tracker

The AIMS Caseload Tracker is a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant registry for prioritizing and managing behavioral health caseloads in integrated care settings. Health care organizations must sign a license and make UW their business associate in order to use the AIMS Caseload Tracker. [more]

CADD Scores

CADD is a tool for scoring the deleteriousness of single nucleotide variants as well as insertion/deletions variants in the human genome. While many variant annotation and scoring tools are around, most annotations tend to exploit a single information type (e.g. conservation) and/or are restricted in scope (e.g. to missense changes). Clinical Assessment of Music Perception for Cochlear Implants (CAMP)

CAMP is a self-administered music perception-based test of cochlear implants, for use in the fields of otolaryngology, hearing sciences, audiology, and health care. It is appropriate for all ages, and has been used for subjects as young as six years old. Contrast Reaction Training

Crux contains software for tandem mass spectrometry analysis, with a focus on peptide identification. Development of Crux was funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institutes of Health. Crux was developed by researchers in the laboratory of Dr. William S. Noble, and incorporates methods developed at the University of Washington originally by Dr. John Yates and Dr. Jimmy Eng. [more]


CTC PLUS is a web-based platform for implementing the Communities That Care prevention system developed by the Social Development Research Group, UW School of Social Work. DIVE: Data Intensive Visualization Engine

Professor Valerie Daggett, Steve Rysavy and Denny Bromley from UW Bioengineering Department developed the DIVE framework for domain independent analysis of complex data. It is capable of real-time data analysis, ontological data representation, and has an extensible data pipeline. DIVE allows fast and agile access to the Dynameomics data warehouse by interactive graphics, scripted data analysis and direct SQL access. Extraction of Differential Gene Expression (EDGE) is a software package for the statistical analysis of DNA microarray experiments. Through this software, it is possible to identify genes whose expression is different among varying biological conditions. Girls Only Active Learning (GOAL)

The Glessuw software provides code to calculate the retarded and less-than Green's function for a two-dimensional device with a rectangular grid.
